Encouraged curiosity, critical thinking, and interest in scientific innovations among students. Motivated students to explore research and career opportunities in modern science. Provided a platform to showcase knowledge of contemporary scientific developments. Promoted healthy competition, collaborative learning, and scientific temperament.

National Seminar on Sustainability & Innovations in Semiconductor & Quantum Physics (NSQP – 2.0) held on 8th April 2025.

Building on the momentum of NSQP 2024, held on 6th March 2024, which featured in-depth discussions on quantum mechanics and semiconductor technologies, BPIT organized its second edition—NSQP 2.0—on 8th April 2025.

Hosted by the Department of Applied Physics under the aegis of Viksit Bharat, the seminar focused on “Sustainability & Innovations in Semiconductor & Quantum Physics.” The event featured technical keynote addresses from Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Saxena, Dr. Om Pal, and  Ms. Pooja Khandelwal, who explored frontiers in quantum information science, machine learning integration in quantum systems, and eco-conscious approaches to semiconductor manufacturing. Poster presentations delved into critical areas such as advancements in nanoscale device fabrication, quantum algorithms, and AI-driven data analytics in physical systems. NSQP 2.0 served as a vital platform for interdisciplinary collaboration, fostering academic exchange and technological foresight.

A one-day National Seminar on, “Innovations in the Field of Semiconductor & Quantum Physics (NSQP - 2024) held on 6th March 2024

A one-day national seminar on, “Innovations in the Field of Semiconductor & Quantum Physics (NSQP – 2024)”, was held at Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology (BPIT) on 6th March 2024, under the aegis of Viksit Bharat, organized by Applied Science Department. Prof. P. K. Bhatnagar (Retd.), from the Department of Electronics Science at the University of Delhi, graced the event as the Chief Guest and delivered a keynote speech. Additional keynote speakers for NSQP-2024 were Prof. Rishu Chaujar, Dept. of Applied Physics, Delhi Technological University, Delhi, and Dr. Kulvinder Singh Dept of Physics, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, Delhi University.

There were approximately 130 participants from various colleges. Students and faculty members insightly benefited from the expert talks related to Quantum and semiconductor physics.

Educational Visit to Biodiversity Parks (Jan-Feb 2025)

visit to Yamuna, Aravalli, and Neela Hauz Biodiversity Parks

The Department of Applied Chemistry and Environmental Science, BPIT organized educational visits to Yamuna Biodiversity Park (23–25 January 2025), Neela Hauz Biodiversity Park (1 February 2025), and Aravalli Biodiversity Park (3–4 February 2025). The visits were conducted for second-year students of CSE, IT, ECE, and EEE. The objective was to create awareness about biodiversity conservation and environmental sustainability.Students explored diverse ecosystems, native flora and fauna, and ecological restoration initiatives. Experts highlighted the importance of urban biodiversity in maintaining ecological balance. The visits provided experiential learning and encouraged students to adopt environmentally responsible practices.

The Mechanical Engineering Department of BPIT proudly hosted the National Seminar on “Circular Economy: A Framework For Sustainable Future” on 20th February 2025, bringing together experts, researchers, and industry leaders to explore innovative strategies for sustainability and resource efficiency.

The seminar featured insightful keynote sessions, panel discussions, and research presentations, covering crucial aspects such as waste management, sustainable manufacturing, green technologies, and circular economy policies. It provided a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange, fostering discussions on sustainable solutions for a greener future.
